Dr. Neil Chorley is College President.
Neil practices skin cancer medicine in the Gold Coast of Queensland. He lives in Southport with his young family.
Neil has a background in rural and remote practice. He was the solo doctor in Augathella in Western Queensland for eight years.
Even when working in this remote town, Neil had a passion with cancers of the skin and managed skin cancer patients from far and wide.
Augathella was in the news in early 2008 with the floods that swamped several outback Queensland towns.
Neil completed his training for Fellowship and passed the Fellow exam in early 2007.
Dr. Chorley is also a Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). He comes into skin cancer from a strong General Practice background. Neil remains passionate about General Practice empowerment.
Neil is a member of the College Education committee and is involved in the forward development of Education / Certification program.
