College sees a strong emphasis on surgical skills training. Our educators teach techniques from the simplest biopsies and excisions to the complex reconstructions required when managing tumours on the nose, lips, ears and eyelids. The level of training is targeted towards the needs of the doctors in each workshop setting.
ACSCM is an independent College. It is not a faculty or branch of any other College. College sets its rigorous standards without fear or favour. However, College works with other learned Colleges to coordinate training programs and accreditation.
ACSCM is the fastest growing Medical College in Australia. The key event in the College calendar is our annual conference held on the last weekend of August each year. This international event involves some of the most respected experts from Europe and USA joining forces with our home grown experts from Australia and New Zealand to bring the latest information and research on skin cancer to Australasia.
Annual Conference is the one "not to be missed" event on the Australasian calendar for any doctor who has an interest in skin cancer and strives to be offering the most current and quality practice for their patients.
